Two words: So cute!

Sadly I didn’t get any good pics of the town it itself!

Ski towns are always great. They are fun, colorful and vibrant. Crested Butte is all these things. Driving into town, there are cute and colorful houses. Baseball fields full of people watching and playing. Adults and kids alike. People walking their dogs, riding their bikes, selling fresh cherries and fruit. There is a local grocery store. Prices are what you would expect in a tourist town. What's interesting about this place though is that it doesn’t really feel like a tourist town. It feels lived in. It feels almost like a perfect town in a movie where everyone knows each other and they all are friends. There are some nice art galleries https://www.redlinegallerycb.com/ was my favorite and shops in the most adorable little houses that line Elk St. This is really the only street we went down. There is a very popular coffee house called Camp 4 Coffee. It is well known and has a fantastic vibe, when we tried to go, the line was way too long so we went to http://www.rumorscoffeeandteahouse.com/ I had a delicious matcha latte. We went here a few times. There is a small library connected to it and worth checking out.

I really loved this place. It's too adorable not to go inside and check it out. The donuts are so ridiculously cute and the decor is fun and nostalgic!!

There are so many other places I wanted to go, but we were on a budget so we didn’t eat any meals out the whole we were here. TIP: If you are spontaneous you don’t need this tip. Compare reviews from TripAdvisor.com, yelp.com, and google.com. They are all very different and remember that it is so subjective. That said, if the majority like it it’s probably good!
